I’ve been buying cars from Park Place Porsche for seven years, and have probably purchased eight cars from them. I have my baby now – a 2001 Turbo with custom wheels.

When I purchase from Park Place, it’s always free of complications. If I’m looking for something specific, they’ll find it and take care of it for me. Because I’ve worked with them so many times, there’s a level of trust. I don’t worry about it. When you get treated that way, you keep coming back.

Whenever I’ve brought my cars in for service, it’s always been a wonderful experience. The car is always ready before I’ve even thought about it, and it’s beautifully clean when it comes back. There’s just a level of perfection at Park Place that you won’t find elsewhere.

I recently joined the Porsche Club of America, and what got me interested was a Park Place Porsche drive event. They’d been encouraging me to try it for years, and I finally made the time to do the caravan. It was a blast. They push the cars pretty quick and follow it with a steak dinner; it was first class. The PCA does cool weekend runs, so I plan to do more of that.

My first Porsche was a surprise from my wife. She arranged for me to meet Keith Beitter, my sales consultant, and I had an excellent experience. When the lease was up, I returned to Park Place Porsche, and they again met my needs with no hassle. My current car is a 2009 Cayman S, which is an improved version of my previous 2007 Cayman, and I love it just the way it is.

I’ve bought a lot of cars over the years, but this is the best experience by far – so much so that I drive out of my way to come to Park Place Porsche. It all started with the sales person, and now I’m on a first-name basis with Jason, from parts, and Kevin, my service advisor. Both check in on me all the time, making it feel like a family experience.

They’re as excited as you are when you get your car. This is my third Porsche and my baby. The 997 Turbo is a tremendous car, but I wanted to find some way to make it unique. I started with the wheels. That made a great look for the car and changed its entire personality. That’s when I first met Jason. We spent a lot of time talking about the engine and potential modifications for it; three weeks later, I was back for the performance upgrades we had discussed.

My favorite engine upgrade was also the first one we did: the exhaust. The flow is a lot cleaner, a lot faster, and it sounds great without taking away from the Porsche engine sound. We also changed the headers and added four other upgrades that improved the performance, bringing it from 480 hp to well over 600 hp.

I wanted top-quality, so we used genuine Porsche parts for everything. It alleviates any concern, because the warranty is the same as all Porsche parts on the car. And when it is in for service, Kevin always takes great care of me — making a fun car even more fun to own.

These guys invested time and effort with me, so I want to reciprocate and give them all the business I can. The people really make all the difference and are why I recommend Park Place Porsche.

I purchased my 911 back in December 2006 from Park Place Porsche. I’ve always driven German cars, but never a Porsche. Randall, the parts manager, introduced the PCA world to me. After the first try I was hooked, and since then, I’ve done frequent DE events with Park Place.

Park Place has, by far, the best service department. The technicians are very skilled, friendly and informative, and their attention to detail is superb. It is also a comforting feeling that many of them are involved in motor sports, which takes the guesswork out of performance upgrades. They’re unlike any other dealership I’ve worked with in recommending and helping you not only with Porsche parts and accessories, but also after-market products to improve performance while maintaining your warranty.

Among the upgrades I’ve made are a short shifter, spacers, a high flow filter, and performance brake pads, but my favorite changes are the suspension modifications and straight flow exhaust, because of the performance and sound. I’ve been really impressed with the whole family of Park Place. From service to parts, everyone really works together to meet all your needs at great prices.

Another thing I really like about Park Place Porsche is that they really focuson building a relationship. Going to Park Place doesn’t feel like going to a dealership; it feels like a fun place to hang out and talk cars. The overall experience at Park Place has been above and beyond any other car dealerships, and I’m definitely going to be a lifelong customer.

I bought my 1990 Porsche C2 because it was previously owned by a Park Place client who had his service done at Park Place Porsche. Since then, the cosmetic and performance upgrades have been performed there as well – from Big Red Brake Calipers/Rotors, RSChip and Suspension to racing pedals and the RS America Wing.

It’s both street-worthy and track-worthy and, even though it has more than 180,000 miles on it, runs great. Unlike other brands, a Porsche is built strong, so as a high-mileage car, it’s still strong and robust enough to track at high speed. And I love that you can drive it in a high-performance fashion and still drive it on the street the next day. It doesn’t have to be a garage queen; you can drive, and drive hard, and the next day it actually starts.

As someone who does his research to properly maintain his vehicle for the track, while keeping it street legal, I most value the quality service and detailed advice I get at Park Place Porsche. I feel good knowing that I’m using genuine Porsche parts, and that both Park Place and Porsche stand behind them with warranties on the parts and labor. It’s so important – I can’t emphasize this enough – to have the confidence and peace of mind that the work has been done correctly, and that Park Place stands behind it.
