The entire travel process was a breeze with limousine service to and from the airport. The Volvo factory tour was a real eye-opener to me (she napped) but the best moments were spent exploring the city by foot.
From visiting the Universium to the Gothenburg Wheel next to the Opera House, we darted in and out of sidewalk cafes and rested by old church gardens. We also took the canal tour by boat. Twice.
Perhaps the best moments were the ten quiet minutes huddling from the cold at the foot of the town square statue and watching her favorite balloon disappear into the sunset. It could have been anywhere, but I think just knowing we were half a world away by ourselves made it even more special.”

It began with going to Park Place and getting the vehicle custom ordered through Germaine. He was very knowledgeable about the entire process and answered all of our questions. Then all you have to do is make the travel arrangements through Volvo and go!
Sweden was amazing! The people are great, everybody between one and 99 speaks English, and the people at the Delivery Center are very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed the trip. Volvo takes care of everything when you are there.
It seems too good to be true, all your friends and family will think you are crazy, but you won't be able to wipe the smile off your face! In fact we are doing it again in a few years when we order our next Volvo from Park Place.”
