Benefits


  1. Health Benefits :  Full time members are covered effective on the commencement of the first (1st) day of employment.
  2. Medical Insurance :  Medical coverage is provided by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas through the Blue Choice PPO.
  3. Dental & Vision :  You have the option of purchasing dental coverage through MetLife and vision coverage provided by VSP.
  4. Life Insurance Coverage :  All full-time members are provided Basic Life/AD&D at no cost. Park Place Dealerships provides one (1) times a member’s annual salary, with a maximum benefit of $50,000 for Life and a maximum benefit of $50,000 for AD&D. You may also purchase additional life insurance for you and your family.
  5. Short Term Disability :  You may purchase Short Term Disability coverage with Lincoln Financial to help protect your income in case of disability.
  6. Long Term Disability :  All full-time members are provided with Long Term Disability coverage through Lincoln Financial in case of prolonged disability at no cost to you.
  7. Flexible Spending Account & Dependent Care Account :  Flexile Spending Accounts (FSA) give members the opportunity to pay for eligible health care and dependent care expenses on tax-free basis. Taxsaver is our FSA administrator.
  8. EAP :  Employee Assistance Program - Provices 24 hour, toll free hotline with licenced counselors to assist members with all behavioral healthcare issues.
  9. Retirement Benefits :  Park Place Dealerships Member 401(k) Plan. Full-time members are eligible to participate on the commencement of the first (1st) day of employment. Park Place matches 50% of the first 6% of your deferred salary contribution, up to a maximum employer contribution of $2500 per participant after 6 months of continuous service. All fees associated with the plan are paid by Park Place.
  10. Holidays :  6 per calendar year (New Year's Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, Member Birthday)
  11. Vacation :  1 week after 6 months, 1 week after 1 year, 2 weeks after 2 years, 3 weeks after 10 years.
  12. Member Discounts :  After six months of full-time employment, all mechanical labor services, body shop services, parts and accessories are charged at cost plus 10%. Member vehicle purchase varies with stores.
