I brought my Lexus to Park Place Lexus Grapevine on Saturday January 12. It was the first time I was bringing my Lexus in for service since I bought it, but also the first experience with the service department at Park Place Lexus Grapevine and the first time I met Phil Dunnet, Assistant Service Manager. The service experience I had with the Park Place Lexus Grapevine Service Department was truly exceptional. Every aspect from setting the appointment; the door side greeting when I arrived; the service discussion, the attention to detail, and follow-up by Phil, the ease of the loaner car process with Roy, right to the check out was handled with a level of professionalism that is very rare today. Throughout my experience I was treated like a special guest at a luxury hotel but even more impressive I could see that this is the way this Service Department treats everyone who comes through the door. My compliments to you, many organizations set goals for outstanding service and proudly post statements to that effect but sadly very, very few actually achieve it. You and you team have managed to create an environment and processes that routinely deliver truly extraordinary service levels. I would recommend the Service Department at Park Place Lexus Grapevine to anyone and I personally plan to repeat the experience when ever my car needs servicing in the future. Thank You. Hi Raymond- Thank you for your follow up, I appreciate hearing from you. I want to take a moment of your time to acknowledge your colleague, Brandon Chong. My husband and I have been researching and test-driving vehicles for the past few months. We have owned three prior BMW's, two Lexus' and two Infinitis. We were approaching the end of our lease and I wasn't positive what I wanted to drive next. Just over the past three weeks, we had visited and test drove cars from the following makers: Mercedes Benz, Audi, BMW, Volvo, Cadillac and Acura. While we weren't mis-treated at these dealerships, we didn't feel like we were valued and not one of the representatives followed up with us~ ever. When we visited Park Place, we were introduced to Brandon. He shook our hands, used our names and took the time to find out what we were looking for. He was professional, interested in our needs and showed respect for our time. He took us on a test-drive, answered all our questions and clearly has a passion for his product and demonstrated superb product knowledge. At the end of the test drive, he took us back to his office and we let him know we liked the car but wanted to test drive two other vehicles before making a decision. He asked if he could follow up with us, we agreed and then we left. We felt he valued our time, as he never tried to "get us to stay" or "hand us off" to a "Manager". His respect for us and confidence in his product made a statement.
He followed up via email~ thanking us for our visit and inquiring about our interest and our next steps. We did go test drive those two other cars, I actually thought I'd end up with one of them. However, in the course of a few emails and phone conversations, it became clear I was going to get the experience and the relationship I wanted with my sales professional with Brandon, at Park Place. I would not have bought my GS had it not been for Brandon. He made the initial visit, the second test drive~ the deal, and the delivery of the vehicle, perfection. I could not be happier with my experience and my car. I LOVE it and I'm confident that if I have issues or challenges, Brandon will be there to help. My profession is centered around building relationships, creating exceptional experiences and providing those un-expected "wow" moments~ quite frankly, I'm impressed with the Park Place team~ well done!

Park Place Lexus made my buying experience a pleasure in every sense of the word. When I first visited the dealership they were actually closing because it was on a Saturday evening. Eventhough the dealership was closing, Matt Ferris took time to greet me and my husband; and asked us what we were interested in buying and encouraged us to return the following week. When we returned, Matt was very good about listening to my needs since I was going from a driving minivan and downsizing to a sedan. I researched and then test drove the vehicles I felt best met my needs (Lexus IS250 and ES350). While I was at Park Place, I met the dealership manager who aseked what were the reasons that would make my purchase a positive one. Matt also gave me a tour of the facility and gave me the name of my service manager, Butch Shank, who has been just great as well. I was and have been treated extremely well. I even agree the price we negotiated was fair and it did include my vehicle trade-in. Since my purchase I have had a few questions and every team member at the dealership were there ready to assist me. I even enjoy taking my car in for the complimentary car wash that is offered. And I do that for a reason, I want the Lexus I purchased to be a clear reflection of the dealership and their staff. I am extremely pleased with the customer service, the overall experience, the quality of the vehicle, the price, and the friendliness. There is no question Park Place Lexus understands how to properly treat their customers. This will be a dealership I will always recommend. I am happy to say I am a loyal Park Place Lexus customer.
