After looking at other Mercedes dealerships in the metroplex, we decided to take a drive to Grapevine Park Place. As soon as we walked in the front door, we knew that it was worth the drive. Sales manager Andrei Martine, welcomed us at the front door and within a very short time, it felt like home. Mr. Martine and "Roc" assisted us in every way and fully explained the Mercedes-Benz difference. The dealership was spotless with wonderfull amenities. Andrei and "Roc" went the extra mile to make sure we picked out the car that was perfect for our family. After the sale, service has been better than I could explain in this message. We have had many vehicles and shopped an many different dealerships in the past, but from now on we are part of the Grapvine Parkplace Mercedes family.
