I was raised in the car business, owning several high-line and exotic car dealerships as well as many restaurants in the area. My days go back to buying cars fleet from Steve Lagerstrom (Mercedes) and John Carrin (Lexus). So cool to hear what Steve is doing for Park Place now. Today I am the SVP and GM of a large company in Plano, and have several hi lines including a Lambo Gallardo. Point is, my whole life is built around no nonsense, perfectionate customer service for higher maintenance expectations of customers like myself and FOLLOW THROUGH. Park Place does not strive for this... they define it. I love the car business, especially the Hi-Line side. If I could make in the Hi-Line car biz what I do now... I would still be in it! I used to do seminars on how to make more money in F&I... and that's probably the only weaker side I could see (If I can even use the word weak here... you guys worst day blows away the competitions best). There was so much time working through warranties and tire coverage leasing was never mentioned. It would be well worth your while to make sure money making monsters for your dealership like leasing are pushed. I spent ten years of my life owning a lease facilitator dealership for high lines only... running full page ads through Du-Pont, Robb Report, and the like and can tell you the gross profits on this type of financing are worth the work.

Your Service Dept is the reason I will always purchase my cars at Park Place! Also, I tell friends if they need a new or used car go to "Park Place First".
