When I dropped off my car I was met by the valet, the service advisor and the Service Manager. They offered suggestions on service and greeted me warmly. It made me feel valued and important. It is good to be recognized and called by name. Thank you. Laura - Dallas, TX

Brian Button was my service advisor and did a great job. He responded to my first call to the dealership, set everything up, delivered as promised. I have already recommended Brian to a friend. When I walked into the service lane the attendant called me by name and said he would bring my car right up. This is my 12 th Porsche and this is by far the best service experience. I couldn't be happier with Park Place Porsche. They excel in customer service and even though I have a pre-owned five year old Cayman they treat me as if I had bought a brand new GT3 from them. I love going to Park Place for any reason. They are passionate about the cars they sell make owning a Porsche that much more special. Tim - Dallas, TX

Overall, the timeliness and workmanship was great as usual. The mechanic was especially knowledgeable when it came to the car and only needed a few seconds to discover that my water pump was causing the noise heard coming from the engine area. Very satisfied with my experience this time. Thanks Park Place. Eman - TX

I was very impressed with Eric's knowledge of the vehicle and am very glad he helped to steer me into (and away) from some options I was debating.
I will definitely will be buying my next Porsche from Eric at Park Place.
Also, Adam in Finance was extremely courteous and professional.
I have bought dozens of cars and this is now the third consecutive vehicle from Park Place (which is saying a lot since I live in Houston and still make the drive to Dallas to get the cars).

Keith Beitter is probably the best automobile sales executive I have ever dealt with (I have owned lexus, mercedes, infinity and BMW vehicles before). His responsiveness, flexibility and willingness to accomodate my needs made the difference. He and his team as well as the Finance leader who processed our lease are an amazing group.
