I did not feel any uncomfortable pressure to purchase the vehicle which made Volvo even more attractive. I had a great experience. My sales representative Ed Whitfield was amazing. He was so knowledgeable and courteous. I did not feel any uncomfortable pressure to purchase the vehicle which made Volvo even more attractive. Ed alerted me as soon as my car was ready to pick up, and even followed up with me to see how things were going. I had a great experience at Park Place Volvo, and am confident that when the time comes to get my vehicle serviced I will be satisfied.

Germaine is truly in a class by himself when it comes to sales and communication skills. She was in constant contact with me during the process and took the time to demonstrate every feature on the car after the purchase was complete so I knew her efforts were sincere.
