I have never been in Park Place and really had never planned to purchase there, but a referral from my family member sent me there. She always is there to greet me with a smile and always leaves me messages about the progress! I’ve found the pricing to be very good despite everyone telling me I am crazy to be going to a dealership for a Mercedes that is 'out of warranty'...this is my first one that I let go past as I usually always trade up...:) No mechanic/business will touch my car except Park Place! Jeremy went above and beyond to help me out. We had lost our keys and with the memorial day weekend were going to be without a car from Friday until the following Wednesday. He made countless calls and was able to get the new key delivered to the dealership on Saturday. When i arrived to pick up the car it was sitting on the drive, washed and ready to go.
