In November 2009, I purchased a compnay vehicle from Park Place Lexus. I am typically a very meticulous buyer who ask a lot of questions and demand/expect a lot of correct answers. I went to a lot of different dealerships. I want to tell you how much we enjoyed our visit(s) with Molly at Park Place. Molly (and Raymond) were both very polite, professional, informative, and very accommodating. They answered all of our questions, and when they didn't know, they asked someone who would know, so that we had all the correct information so we could make the best decision. Not only that, but Molly was very responsive, quick to reply to our calls and texts even after we'd left the dealership and even after we had purchased our vehicle weeks/months before, and very accountable for some small glitches in the buying process. I can not say enough good things about Molly and how much we appreciate her efforts to try to make and keep us happy with dealing with Park Place Lexus. And I have to admit, a car dealership making me happy is a very daunting task as I have purchased 4 vehicles in the past, but before, I never felt like I got the service that I deserved. but with molly, I did.
I am not an easy person to deal with - and for Molly to keep me content, that's saying something. you need to know that Molly is an asset to your dealership and if we are on the look for another vehicle, we will be asking for Molly Wee again. Jimmie - Keller, TX

I think the lounge is outstanding! You are entertained, work if need be with access to internet, relax and wait on your vehicle. I have used the lounge before, and as stated, an outstanding environment! Exceptional and friendly staff. Clean and organized when dropping off and picking up vehicle.
