Nothing but true professionalism. Ray Charles, came in on his day off and spent over four hours with me. I test drove four vehichles. Ray, did not complain one time, as I he worked with me in the cold weather, thus walkking back/forth to get keys, etc. Ray and Debbie are true professionals. Customer Service is high on my radar. After visiting Park Place Bodywerks, I could not even tell my vehicle had been in an accident! I am very happy with everything done on the repair. My vehicle was in the shop for over a month because the service was delayed while waiting on my insurance company. James called 3 to 4 times a week to update me on everything. They picked me up so that I could get my vehicle; which was very convenient.... [Read More]
