Mike Cuzzo joined Park Place Dealerships, Dallas/Fort Worth’s premier luxury automobile group, in August of 2010 as General Sales Manager of our Lexus store in Mission Viejo California, then transferred to Lexus Plano. During his tenure, sales, member morale and client satisfaction have all reached new heights.

While at Lexus Plano Cuzzo served as a leader in the Circle of Excellence program, a group who’s charter is to raise money in support of local community charities. Within the first 6 months of new team leadership this group has most notably more than doubled charitable contributions.

Cuzzo was named general manager of Jaguar Plano and Lotus Plano in May 2012, tapping into his in-depth expertise and background in the automotive industry. He is responsible for the daily operations of both the Jaguar and Lotus dealerships.

Prior to joining Park Place, Cuzzo worked for almost two decades in the automotive industry. He started his career in 1994 as a Salesman for a Honda dealership and was quickly promoted to a Sales Manager position. From there Mike advanced within the industry by graduating from NADA Dealer Academy and becoming the General Manager of a Ford dealership. Mike Cuzzo started with Park Place in sales management when we operated a dealership in Mission Viejo Lexus. As we made the transition we found Mike too valuable to leave behind, so he was recruited to make the move to Texas.

Mike lives near the dealership in Plano, Texas, is married and has two boys. We are confident that you'll find Mike to be a fair, friendly and approachable General Manager.
