Robert Morris joined Park Place Motorcars Dallas in 1991 as a pre-owned sales consultant. In 1993, Morris was promoted to pre-owned manager and became general manager in 2000. Morris became the general manager of Park Place Motorcars Dallas, Park Place Dealership's flagship facility in 2005.

Prior to joining Park Place, Morris worked in the automobile industry's wholesale business from 1984-1991.
