Rob started his career in the automobile business in 1983 where he was a sales consultant for a Toyota dealership and moved into management in 1993 when he became the pre-owned manager for a Lexus dealership.  He joined Park Place Lexus Plano in 2001 as the pre-owned manager, and moved to Mercedes Benz Dallas as sales manager in 2008.
